Ticket order for pickup: With the credit of the purchase price to Big Game Corporation Ltd. the contract is closed. When picking up tickets, you will need to present your ID. Pick up only at the venue.
If the customer does not pick up the ticket deposited at the cash desk until the close of the box office, the organizer is entitled to sell the pitch elsewhere. A partial refund of the ticket price is not possible.
The organizer reserves the right to change or re-allocate booked and camping pitches if this becomes necessary due to force majeure.
4. Price components and payment methods
The payment is possible depending on the event and ordering modalities by credit card (Visa, or Master-Card / EuroCard), PayPal and / or by prepayment by bank transfer. Value-added tax is included in the price. The total price of the order, including all fees, is due for payment immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Deviating from this, the total price must be transferred in full to the account named by XGuns GmbH within 14 days from the date of receipt of the reservation confirmation.

5. Right of revocation and return

The registration itself does not oblige to buy tickets and not to disclose payment methods. The Customer warrants that all data provided by him during registration are true and complete and that he is entitled to make use of the means of payment specified by him during the ordering process.
The customer is obliged to keep his password secret and not to pass it on to third parties. The password can be changed in the customer account by the customer at any time. He has the Big Game Corporation Ltd. without delay if he learns of any unauthorized use of his customer account or suspects such. The customer is liable for any misuse of the access data to be kept secret by him.
The customer undertakes not to interfere with the proper functioning of the website through technical intervention. The setting of deep links and framing is only with the prior consent of Big Game Corporation Ltd. allowed.
7. Warning / instruction regarding health risks

8. Warning / instruction to enter at your own risk
The participant is instructed that the entire playing field (and indeed the entire event area) is a very dangerous, cultivated and wooded area (former military facility), which exposes it to a variety of not separately designated and uncontrolled hazards (especially slipping, stumbling, falling and resulting typical injuries such as fractures, sharp and sharp objects, barbed wire debris, crashes, falling rocks and objects, loss of orientation in remote areas of the field, fatigue, dehydration, fatigue, overwork, heat stroke, and risks associated with salvage from remote areas). In addition, the roads and paths on the site are in poor condition (potholes, edges unpaved, bumps, gravel roads) and there are NO corresponding warning signs. In this sense: entering and walking on the site, participation in the game (even as a spectator) and driving on the site with vehicles or vehicles of all kinds is at your own risk!
9. Age / recommendation for health check
The participant assures that he is at least 18 years old. Due to the described high physical effort when participating in a game, each participant is urgently recommended a medical examination before the game participation.
10. Compliance with Color Marking Weapons Regulations
The participant undertakes to comply with all German regulations on color marking weapons, pressure vessels and systems which are to be acquired and owned by adults without permission, and in particular also the provisions of the Weapons Act.
11. Exclusion from the event
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any entrant for any reason, in return for payment of the nominal value of the services already paid. Important reasons are e.g. the suspicion of the intention to commit crimes or the suspicion of a National Socialist sentiment.
The organizer is also entitled to terminate the contract for participation in the event with immediate effect without reimbursement of the nominal value of services already paid and not yet used and to refer the participants of the event premises in the exercise of their house right, if the participant against the rules of the game reproduced on the registration form are repeated or grossly in violation of the reputation, safety or reputation of the event or organizer, objectively suspected of committing crimes at the event, or other participants / visitors or event staff endangered or significantly or repeatedly disturbs or harasses.
12. Resale or give away the eligibility
Any resale and any gift of the services purchased by the participant are prohibited without the prior written consent of the organizer. The organizer may only refuse consent for an important reason.
13. Commercial activities
Any commercial activity on the part of the participants (in particular the trade in (color marking) weapons or accessories) is prohibited on the event premises.
14. Sound and image recordings
It is strictly forbidden to bring audio recorders of any kind as well as cameras, film or video cameras. Any kind of image and sound recordings, even for private use, is strictly prohibited. The same applies to the use of mobile phones for the purpose of image and / or sound recording, as well as other devices that master the aforementioned functions.
15. Right to own picture / approval Publication
At the event, photographers can be present to photograph or film the events and the game; Depending on the perspective of the participants, these photos / videos may be recognizable. The organizer will publish these photos / videos on the following media: The photos / videos may appear on the organizer's website, Facebook and scene-specific forums and not least on the platform YouTube and / or in the promotional materials of the organizer (flyers, posters, online banners, etc.). ). The individual photographers may also use the photos as reference material on their own websites as well as on Facebook. The participant expressly agrees to such a publication according to § 22 KUG; a claim for compensation is not valid for the participant.
16. Demolition of the event
The events of the organizer are carried out in the open air and basically in all weather conditions. By way of exception, the event is terminated immediately if weather elements such as precipitation, temperature and wind or force majeure (in particular forest fire or flooding of the event grounds) cause or cause concern for the life, limb or health of the participants and / or the event staff. In this case, the participant is entitled to a refund of an already paid participation fee only if the organizer is at fault for the event leading to the cancellation. If the organizer is able to offer the participant an alternative date for participation in the event concerned, he is not obliged to refund the participation fee even if the cancellation is at fault.
17. Liability of the organizer
The organizer is not liable for such accidents / injuries / damages of the participant, which he himself was responsible for or is responsible for; Likewise, the organizer is not liable for accidents / injuries / damages caused by a participant and / or spectators.
The liability of the organizer for damages, irrespective of the legal grounds, insofar as it is a matter of culpability, is limited in accordance with this clause. The organizer is not liable in case of simple negligence of its organs, legal representatives, employees or other vicarious agents as far as it is not a violation of essential contractual obligations. An essential contractual obligation is one to which the client may trust and also trust. Essential to the contract are e.g. the obligation for timely delivery and installation of the delivery item free of essential defects, as well as consulting, protection and custody duties, which are intended to enable the customer to use the contract in accordance with its intended purpose or to protect life or limb. Insofar as the organizer is in principle liable for damages according to this clause, this liability is limited to such damages which the organizer foresaw upon conclusion of the contract as a possible consequence of a breach of contract or which he should have foreseen by applying due care. Indirect damage and consequential damage are only substitutable, as far as such damage is typically expected under normal use. Disclaimers and limitations apply to the same extent in favor of the organs, legal representatives, employees and other vicarious agents of the organizer. The limitations of this clause do not apply to the organizer's liability for intentional behavior, for guaranteed characteristics, for injury to life, limb or health or under the Product Liability Act.
